Blue Silver Marans

Our Blue Silvers are calm, no-nonsense busybodies with big personalities. Like all blues, this variety comes in black, blue, and splash. They are big, wide bodied birds with an impressive and robust silhouette. We select for temperament and Standard of Perfection, always selecting for dark egg color when we can. We do not use any individuals with major faults/DQs in our breeding stock, nor any individuals exhibiting straw or copper coloration in their hackles.
